Becky Litt, CMP, Owner, Advantage Hospitality Ltd.

Becky is a business entrepreneur, certified in project mananagement, change management and emergency management. Becky began her hospitality career 25 years ago working her way up to various management positions in hotels, restaurants and conference centres. Her passion for the industry gave her the drive to open her own consulting and central reservations company, a custom voice reservation solution for the hospitality industry.

Becky's focus has always been to help people be successful. She enjoys all aspects of hotel operations, sales & catering, IT solutions and support, training, policy and procedure development. 

Becky's skills in project management and knowledge in the hospitality industry helps her excel at being a meeting planner assisting associations, non profit organizations and corporations organize conferences at various locations across Canada.
